Perfect for Beginners
The 15 lessons in this program are scaffolded for beginning coaches and students. Get started quickly and the curriculum will instill confidence with each step forward.
Individual Skill Building
Our program starts players on the path of individual skill building before team activities. Each practice presents a specific skill as a fun activity during practice. Coaches will learn the skills needed and how to assess and develop the skill with the tools provided.

Team Skills
After each player has developed their own skills and interests, it's time to practice teamwork.
Students learn essential team skills through fun challenge activities that put their communication skills to the test.
Presentation Skills
In addition to the planning and communication skills developed by the students, this program offers authentic presentation opportunities.
Students will evaluate their work against the judging rubric, learn to identify important content for the judges, and practice their moment in the spotlight to build confidence.

Scholastic Alignment
Build Challenges are based on addressing a given prompt. Prompts can be aligned to educational standards to direct students towards researching, creating, and presenting their work on the topic.
Coach Certification Application
Each coach can submit an experience and artifact-based application to receive acknowledgement for completing the skills and activities in the full Build Challenge curriculum.
Keep your camera and notebook handy. You'll journal your experiences and provide images of your activities and the student work.
